Huntington mine owner Bob Murray: a uniter, not a divider

Gotta give credit to Crandall Canyon Mine owner Bob Murray. In a crisis, when one's true colors shine through, he has accomplished what President Bush never could: he has brought us all together. I mean, is there anyone in Utah who doesn't think he is a lousy excuse for a human being (or reasonable facsimile thereof)?

According to KCPW, his home state may be the only place that still thinks "he's a great guy".

When it all said and done he will possibly go to jail.

Is there any way we can get the family members in touch with http://www.spencelawyers.com/ ?

I'm sure it could be arranged. Personally, I don't think that Gerry Spence is the cream of the crop any more when it comes to lawyers. I have several local recommendations that I feel are better.

One hurdle to legal action against Murray (his company, actually) would be that the miners are presumably employees, so workers' comp would usually be their only remedy (assuming the company jumped through all the hoops with their personnel). There might be another company that is also at fault, though. That's one of the first things that would have to be researched, assuming that negligence is involved.
